Responsible Product
Through the "1+1+1" Quality Control Mechanism, we conduct comprehensive quality checks at three levels and implement rigorous oversight throughout the entire product life cycle. In marketing, we adhere to the regulations and requirements of the regions where we operate, proactively identifying and managing potential risks in our business processes to prevent misleading consumers or infringing on their rights during product marketing and advertising. While firmly sticking to value-for-money proposition,we hope to take IP design as the feature, continuously deepen the high-quality IP cooperation, and keep producing high-quality innovative products to make daily necessities more fashionable and trendier.
Sustainable Supply Chain
We continue to improve our supply chain management system. In terms of supplier management, we have been checking the access audits, supervision and inspection, capacity enhancement and responsible supply chain, etc. Our suppliers are also required to meet ESG requirements related to environmental protection, anti-corruption, labor management, etc. And we empower suppliers to improve their capabilities through multiple channels, so that we can jointly build a sustainable and responsible supply chain system.
  • The Supply Chain Grievance Mechanism
    We gradually improve the supply chain grievance mechanism, requiring supplier factories to refine communication mechanisms between management and worker representatives. Where trade unions exist, communication must involve trade union representatives to ensure employee voices are heard. In parallel, we have also established multiple channels, including questionnaire surveys, hotlines, and anonymous mailboxes, to irregularly collect and survey the demands of supplier employees.

    After receiving demands and complaints, the Audit Center will conduct investigations and refer the matter to the Product Department for follow-up based on the severity of the issue. We strictly implement whistleblower protection measures, maintaining a zero-tolerance attitude towards any form of retaliation. All information related to whistleblower cases is kept strictly confidential at every stage to ensure the security of both the whistleblower's identity and the reported content.
  • Encouraging and Compulsory
    We have integrated social responsibility requirements into our supplier access assessment, and have included labor rights protection, environmental compliance (all types of pollutant emissions must be properly treated before discharge), as well as health and safety requirements as key audit items in both our internal audits and third-party audits under the "Factory Audit Guidelines". Any non-compliance found may result in a one-veto mechanism against the supplier.

    We encourage suppliers to obtain certifications such as ISO 45001, ISO 14000, and BSCI, and require that suppliers provide ISO 9001 certification before formal product delivery.
    We promote improved social responsibility performance among suppliers through incentive-based policies, such as prioritizing the market launch of products sourced through green procurement initiatives.

We continue to implement policies on equal opportunity, diversity, and anti-discrimination for employees, and protect the legal rights and interests of our employees in such areas as recruitment and dismissal, compensation and benefits, promotion, working hours, rest periods and other related aspects. We have conducted diversified employee activities, set up comprehensive communication channels, continuously enhanced our employee welfare system.
