Launched this May, MINISO’s Star Wars-inspired collection is rolling out across global markets. As part of the global rollout, a themed pop‑up activation is debuting in North America, kicking off first in Chicago on May 9 before traveling to New York, Seattle, Toronto, and other cities through June 21. Timed with the release of Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu, the collection spans collectibles, accessories, and lifestyle products, bringing the Star Wars galaxy beyond the screen through immersive in‑store experiences.



Unleash the Force of Fun: From Screen to Store

The MINISO Star Wars–inspired popup store is designed as a fan-driven activation, combining retail, storytelling, and photo-ready moments within an immersive, galaxy-inspired space. Cinematic visuals and themed spatial elements transform each area into an extension of the film world, featuring oversized Grogu inflatables, film‑inspired visual walls, and iconic character scenes that invite interaction and creative engagement. Across pop‑up experience, the “Unleash the Force of Fun” theme is woven into interactive, experience‑led retail environments.



Over 120 SKUs and MINISO Special-Edition IP Designs

Debuting first at pop‑up stores across North America, the Star Wars‑inspired collection features over 120 SKUs, spanning plush toys, blind boxes, collectibles, apparel, accessories, and homeware. The assortment is, led by Grogu‑themed designs such as pop-up-limited Grogu vinyl figures and MINISO-exclusive Star Wars character keycap blind boxes, alongside Grogu blind box collectibles, magnetic shoulder‑sitting plush companions, and a broader range of Star Wars character-inspired products.

Alongside collectibles, the collection expands into everyday lifestyle categories, including pet apparel, home textiles, accessories, and pop‑up‑exclusive items. The Star Wars‑inspired collection is rolling out globally from May and will be available at MINISO stores worldwide.




Pop-up Launching in North America, Rolling Out Worldwide

The pop‑up will debut at Woodfield Mall in Chicago from May 9 to May 31, before continuing to American Dream Mall in New York from May 16 to June 7, and Alderwood Mall in Seattle from May 21 to June 14. The activation will also expand into Canada, with a Toronto stop at Square One from May 22 to June 21, featuring themed installations and curated product selections. Beyond North America, the pop‑up will continue its global expansion, with upcoming activations planned in Indonesia, Peru, India, and additional markets, set to draw strong interest from Star Wars fans worldwide.
