Miniso Group hereby declares that Mr. Yi Sun, the formmer General Manager of MINISO Brazil, has resigned due to personal reasons and ceased to be an employee of MINISO since Nov. 26th, 2019. From his resignation date on, he is no longer authorized to involve in any transaction in the name or on behalf of MINISO and thus MINISO shall not take responsibility for any aforesaid transaction.
