Miniso Group hereby declares that  Mr. Siqi Mo, the former General Manager of MINISO South Africa, has resigned due to personal reasons and ceased to be an employee of MINISO since Oct 31st, 2018. Mr. Feng Wei, the former General Manager of MINISO Brasil, has resigned due to personal reasons and ceased to be an employee of MINISO since Dec 11^th, 2018.

From his resignation date on, they are no longer authorized to involve in any transaction in the name or on behalf of MINISO and thus MINISO shall not take responsibility for any aforesaid transaction.
